As a self taught baker and continuing ceramics student, Cristina is continually searching for sources of inspiration and new techniques. Whether creating desserts or functional kitchenware, each piece is unique and created by hand. 

Batter, dough, and clay are a constant. The way each can be manipulated by texture, shape, and consistency provides an endless cycle of experimentation. 

Influenced by Cristina's Mediterranean and Caribbean background, our cake menu represents the best of Italy's and Puerto Rico's flavor profiles! Each is composed with a special nod to our family's history and travels.
